We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in financial consolidations to join their corporate accounting team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units and legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple entities and subsidiaries
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
Perform and maintain intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules
Ensure proper application of GAAP related to consolidations, including minority interest and foreign currency considerations (if applicable)
Collaborate with business units to standardize reporting packages and improve consolidation accuracy
Assist with system optimization and process improvements related to consolidation tools and ERP systems
Partner with FP&A and leadership to support management reporting and variance analysis at the consolidated level
Support external audits by preparing consolidation schedules and responding to auditor requests
Maintain documentation of consolidation processes, controls, and accounting policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
3-6+ years of accounting experience, with heavy exposure to consolidations in a multi-entity environment
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and eliminations
Experience preparing consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
Exposure to large ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
