Job Description

As the Financial Analyst you will:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance insights.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with accounting and other cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Provide recommendations to optimize costs and improve overall financial performance.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
• Monitor key financial metrics and develop actionable strategies to address challenges.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• This role is hybrid, and onsite 3 days in the Vernon area of Los Angeles, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Three plus years' experience working as a Financial Analyst in a fast-paced high growth environment.
• Must have a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure and experience working with multiple ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong core accounting skills and advanced Excel.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
• This role is hybrid, and onsite 3 days in the Vernon area of Los Angeles, CA.
