This position will work out of the Trenton and Dundee Engine plants on a 50:50 basis.
This position is responsible for:
Partnering with manufacturing facilities to support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) Loss Deployment
Gathering measurable cost data to build and implement financial Loss Deployment models
Providing guidance on process loss terminology and delivering monthly financial reporting
Developing advanced quantitative models that identify plant losses by center, department, shift, operation, and other key dimensions
Supporting reviews of domain advancement and financial performance during SIS audits
Tracking project completion and financial impact through key process indicators to ensure projects address major issues and deliver hard savings to the P&L
Working closely with Operation teams to ensure identified projects support plant productivity and savings objectives
SIS is a fundamental enabler of the implementation of a sustainable VCP (Value Creation Program). These roles will support VCP through SIS Loss Deployment by providing data, tracking deliverables, validating savings ideas and impact and giving operating management financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly VCP progress

Preparing financial and key performance indicator reporting aligned with operational targets

What This Role Will Prepare You For:
Progressing into roles of increasing responsibility across Stellantis Finance that require strong knowledge of Stellantis financial and manufacturing processes
Sharing Manufacturing Finance expertise with Operations teams and other Stellantis Finance partners
Leading cross-function teams to identify and capture efficiency opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 18 months of related experience, including student programs or internships
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration or a professional accounting designation, preferred
Finance experience with knowledge of manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who works effectively in a team environment
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to help lead change
Experience using MS Copilot, including Copilot for mS 365, to improve productivity, analysis and reporting.
