What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial projections.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and explain variances between actual results and budget expectations.
• Create financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing strategies, capital investments, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with department leaders on expense management, staffing projections, and financial planning.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve processes, and increase efficiencies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership on special projects and business initiatives.

What Theyre Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Experience working within a growing or multi-entity organization.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
• Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with NetSuite and RealPage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and nonfinancial audiences.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
