Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and manage the monthly forecasting process by implementing technological improvements, validating key inputs, and maintaining communication with business partners.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to Resort Servicing Segments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills in both solo and team settings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and report creation, with a proven track record of using complex functions to optimize processes.
- Experience in the Hospitality and Vacation Ownership industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Essbase is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
