    Key job responsibilities

    We are looking for a Finance professional to help steward our growth into this complex but fast-growing space. We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader to join our Pharmacy Operations Finance Team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo. Individuals in this role have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and multifunctional teams, to lead new programs and initiatives, and to manage larger teams within the company.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Influencing operational strategy in partnership with the Operations' leadership team
    • Developing new metrics and reporting on the health of the Amazon Pharmacy operations
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environment

They collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon. A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to innovate, identifying the high-priority work and projects supporting Pharmacy Operations, and solving complex problems that effect strategic decisions.

This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator. You will have a direct impact on our top and bottom line with the ability to deliver improvements for our teams. You will be part of a growing, fast paced, and fun team. You will have ownership for the implementation of your work and you will see direct business improvements based on the results of your work.
