Salary- $80,000-110,000
Overview of the Financial Analyst role:
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and prepare variance analyses.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership.
- Collaborate with department leaders to monitor budgets, expenses, and financial results.
- Support grant and program financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support organizational planning and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the organization’s mission and goals.
Preferred qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
