Financial Analyst

Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support business performance through financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial and business performance across departmental and operational budgets, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans; monitor variances, trends, and scenarios.
Support monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and recommend improvements to financial processes.
Deliver clear, actionable analytics to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of experience in a similar financial and/or planning role.
Ability to navigate ERP environments and transform data into impactful presentations.
Analytical experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or BI reporting tools.
Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including operating budgets and capital appropriation requests.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite.
Power BI or similar data visualization experience.
