\nRole Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations. This role includes managing the general ledger, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Financial Controller will monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and provide insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks also involve supervising accounting processes, maintaining internal controls, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and nonprofit financial standards. The individual in this role will collaborate with program and administrative teams to align financial practices with organizational goals and stewardship priorities.
