Standard Job Description

You will be the Financial Management for the Financial Planning & Analysis Team. Our team is responsible for providing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and tracking for the PAC‑3 Production Offset programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management you will be responsible for leading financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable business recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) and produce regular internal and external reports.
• Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and risk‑opportunity assessments to develop mitigation plans.
• Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and forecasting models to guide portfolio strategy.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and uphold internal controls.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimating, and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications

• 2 years finance experience with budgets, financial modeling, financial planning, or performance analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Succeeds in constantly evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities.

Desired Skills

• Experience working in Cobra and SAP.
• Demonstrates a collaborative nature.
• Has knowledge and/or has worked Offset programs before.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
