Guided by our core values—Inspirational, Disciplined, Accountable, Execution, Aligned, and Transparency—we are committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity in everything we do.Position Overview:We are seeking a Financial Manager with 5+ years of experience, specializing in cost accounting, financial analysis, and cash flow management, to join our team in Shreveport, LA.The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze financial data, evaluate costs, and generate actionable insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.This is a growth-oriented role for someone eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Cost Accounting & Financial AnalysisPerform detailed cost accounting and variance analysis to identify efficiencies and improve marginsDevelop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planningAnalyze product costing, inventory valuation, and profitabilityCash Flow & Credit ManagementManage and monitor cash flow, ensuring liquidity and operational efficiencyOversee credit management, including customer credit analysis and risk assessmentEnsure accurate and timely updating of cash booksMonitor accounts receivable (AR) and improve collection cyclesReporting & CompliancePrepare monthly management reports, KPIs, and financial dashboardsEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and sales tax regulationsSupport audits and maintain accurate financial recordsCross-Functional & Strategic SupportPartner with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting to track costs and marginsSupport pricing strategies, capital investments, and operational improvementsDrive process improvements across financial workflowsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA, CMA, or MBA preferred5+ years of experience in a private equity-backed environmentStrong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Expertise in cash flow, cost accounting, and financial reportingStrong analytical and communication skillsWillingness to relocate to Shreveport, LouisianaWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesStrong career growth opportunitiesA collaborative, values-driven cultureHow to ApplySend your Loom video and cover letter to:
