A well-established, multi-location private wealth management practice is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors throughout the financial-planning process. This is an immediate and important hiring need, and the practice may hire up to two exceptional candidates. The role combines plan construction and analysis with meaningful client-facing responsibility. Present financial-planning models in client meetings alongside Financial Advisors and help communicate planning concepts and next steps clearly
Complete meeting follow-up, prepare written financial plans, and create, track, and deliver clientready planning materials and communications
Support the practice's transition from NaviPlan to MoneyGuide by helping establish consistent templates, workflows, documentation, and quality standards
Maintain accurate electronic client files, protect confidential information, and follow all practice, regulatory, and data-security procedures
Contribute to planning-team projects and process improvements as requested
