Legend Wealth Management LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Amherst, NY. Responsibilities:

• Support financial advisors and sales team with daily administrative and client service tasks
• Assist in preparing financial proposals, presentations, and client reports
• Manage client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and activity records
• Assist with prospecting efforts, lead generation, and new client onboarding
• Process financial documents, applications, and account paperwork in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and transactions

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, sales support, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial products, wealth management, or investment services is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Series 6, 7, or 63 license is a plus, or willingness to obtain license
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
