Our client is a full-service national law firm with offices across the U.S. and a deep litigation and defense bench. Its growing Financial Services and Institutions practice counsels and defends broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, insurance agents, and other financial services firms and professionals in FINRA, AAA, and other arbitrations, in state and federal courts, and in regulatory examinations and proceedings.

Job Details

You'll run your own matters and help grow a practice built for the people who keep the financial markets running and occasionally get sued for it.

• Manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters from intake to resolution
• Give clients strategic guidance and regular case updates
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance

**Qualifications**
*Required:*

• Licensed in the state where you live
• 10+ years of financial services litigation experience
• FINRA, AAA, and other arbitration experience, including customer and intra-industry disputes, for broker-dealers, RIAs, and financial professionals
• Experience responding to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
• Experience defending financial services professionals in state and federal court
• Experience representing insurance agents in professional liability claims
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills, and the ability to run multiple matters independently

*Preferred:*

• Florida Bar admission
• A portable book of business
• Admission in a jurisdiction where the firm has an office
