$75,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients by understanding their goals, concerns, and financial priorities

• Present and explain tailored financial solutions in a clear, confident, and client‑focused way

• Guide clients through the full application and policy process, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a smooth experience

• Provide ongoing service and support, helping clients stay informed and confident as their needs evolve

• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development, continuously strengthening your skills and industry knowledge

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client‑focused mindset

• Comfort with outreach, relationship‑building, and sales activities

• Must reside in the Chicagoland area

• This is an upside 100% commission-based opportunity.
