Finishing Supervisor Job Summary The Finishing Supervisor oversees the entire coatings operation, consisting of three powder coating lines and three immersion paint lines. This role is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the finishing processes in a fast-paced production environment, and requires hands-on, shop-floor leadership of the Process Engineering team across all paint lines.
