Finishing Support Operator 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Support Operator to join our client’s team in Pendleton, SC. This position supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting production operators, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping ensure production goals and quality standards are met.The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Assist production operators with daily manufacturing and finishing operations.
• Supply materials and maintain an adequate flow of materials to support production.
• Monitor products and materials for quality and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist with routine equipment cleaning and other production support duties.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and departmental goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Shift: 1st Shift  Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm
Pay: $14.84
