We are looking for a Fire Alarm Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team in Denver, CO to pursue fire alarm installation projects of all sizes. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and support to our existing customers and your primary focus will be to cultivate and nurture strong client relationships. Your goal is to secure new installation contracts for new and repeat clients for a variety of construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to new construction. To achieve success, it's crucial to collaborate closely with our customers and our team, demonstrating initiative by actively participating in continuing education opportunities. A subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company is one of the Southwest's largest and most-respected fire protection contractors. With its roots in Phoenix, AZ, Aero also operates through branch offices in Colorado. Aero offers complete services for all construction market types and any size project as well as complete testing and maintenance services.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in estimating and/or sales within the fire protection industry.
Experience estimating/selling Alarm or Low Voltage systems highly prefered
NICET certification or the strong commitment to gain certification.
Experience with Test & Inspection is highly desired
Self-motivated, highly organized, and possess a strong drive to win new business.
Ability to multitask effectively and provide excellent customer service while building our customer base.
Experience with estimating functions and developing technical proposals
Strong computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
Thorough understanding of general construction methods, practices, and terminology.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of local and national fire and building codes & government regulations.
Must have a valid driver's license

Base Compensation: $89,706 - $137,810
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
