Job Overview As a Fire & Life Safety Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in protecting people and property by advising clients on fire and life safety solutions. This is an outside sales role focused on expanding our client base, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding customers with professionalism and care.

Who We’re Looking For
Self‑disciplined, conscientious B2B sales professional eager to develop expertise in a specialized field.

Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fire and life safety or the restaurant industry.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
Flexible, adaptable, and effective working independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial facility services.
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin
Certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, Business, or related field.
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
Able to lift 40+ pounds and use A‑frame ladders.
Role Expectations:
Lead Generation & Business Development
Develop and execute business development plans with leadership and marketing.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and continuously improve conversion rates.
Manage leads from corporate inquiries, legacy accounts, and cold outreach.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the defined market.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Client Engagement & Solution Delivery
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing curated fire and life safety solutions for each client.
Conduct onsite inspections and propose tailored solutions with detailed scopes, costs, and timelines.
Coordinate with KEC technicians and warehouse manager for seamless service handoff.
Customer Relations
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow‑up and surveys.
Address client issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain ongoing communication to strengthen long‑term relationships.
