I'm working with a growing fire protection organization looking for a Fire Protection Sales Professional near Fort Wayne IN. This isn't a transaction-focused sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex fire protection challenges while guiding projects from concept to completion.

If you enjoy walking a jobsite, reviewing plans, collaborating with contractors, and developing solutions that genuinely make a difference, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Building relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors

Identifying customer needs and creating customized fire protection solutions

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project schedules

Preparing takeoffs, estimates, and proposals

Supporting design-build projects through hazard analysis and value engineering

Managing a strong pipeline of opportunities from bid to close

Working alongside project teams to ensure successful execution after the sale

What They're Looking For

• 2+ years of fire sprinkler sales or fire protection design experience
• NICET Water-Based Layout certification preferred
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential projects
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
