Fire Service Technician II

We are seeking a Fire Service Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial fire life safety systems. This role is responsible for diagnosing system issues, performing repairs and upgrades, completing basic programming, and ensuring customers systems remain reliable and code compliant. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience servicing fire alarm systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly with customers and team members.
