Fire Sprinkler Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing fire sprinkler systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design fire sprinkler systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, AutoSPRINK).
• Prepare system layouts, hydraulic calculations and stock lists.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Review and interpret plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed.
• Stay updated on industry codes, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• NICET level 1, 2, or 3 preferred.
• Two years of experience in fire sprinkler design.
• Proficient in CAD software; experience with HydraCAD and AutoSPRINK is a plus.
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
