For over 30 years, we have specialized in the design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of residential and commercial fire sprinkler and fire alarm/low voltage systems across Southern California. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, high-quality craftsmanship, and unwavering safety standards. What You'll Need (Job Requirements)
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on fire sprinkler installation experience with a proven ability to read blueprints.
Credentials:
A current, valid California Certified Fire Sprinkler Fitter Card.
A current BlazeMaster Installation Training Card.
A current OSHA 10 Card (or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment).
Core Skills: Strong communication skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English for jobsite safety instructions), reliable attendance, and basic familiarity using mobile devices for field tracking.
Driving: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (needed to operate company vehicles).
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday; safely operate hand and power tools; and distinguish colors for accurate system component identification.
Work Environment: Comfortable working on active residential and commercial construction sites, which includes exposure to outdoor weather, loud noise levels, working at heights/ladders, and moving mechanical equipment.
