Sentry Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in quality work, and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.

️ What You'll Do

• Lead crews installing pipe, fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers according to plans and applicable codes.
• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain fire sprinkler piping systems.
• Train and mentor Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques.
• Communicate with designers regarding design changes and material shortages.
• Produce accurate red-line drawings for the design team.
• Communicate project and schedule changes with Field Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Complete daily progress reports and required project paperwork.
• Attend project and coordination meetings as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Immediately report water damage, injuries, accidents, or other incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of related fire sprinkler experience and/or training.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and field practices.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer and email skills.
• Clean MVR required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
