Code Consultants Inc. CCI is seeking a Certified Firestop Inspector or an aspiring firestop professional to join our growing team. We welcome experienced firestop inspectors as well as candidates with a background in construction inspections building code compliance special inspections fire protection or related fields who are interested in developing their expertise and obtaining firestop inspection certification.In this role you will perform field inspections of firestop systems verify compliance with applicable codes and listed assemblies document findings and collaborate with contractors owners and project teams to support life safety and quality construction.QualificationsCertified Firestop Inspector preferred or relevant inspectionconstruction experience with the desire to become certifiedKnowledge of building construction fire and life safety systems or code complianceStrong attention to detail and written communication skillsAbility to travel to project sites as neededICC fire protection special inspections construction quality control or related experience is a plusWhy CCI CCI is a nationally recognized fire protection and life safety consulting firm offering challenging projects a collaborative culture competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.
