Summary Of Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary assistant to the RGM
- Run the night shift five nights a week, including Thursday through Saturday
- Ensure all employees complete required training
- Conduct nightly inventories of major SKUs
- Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Burger King brand standards
- Ensure adherence to cash control and security procedures
- Provide coaching to enhance team capabilities and performance
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance routines
- Serve as Acting RGM in the RGM’s absence
Qualifications And Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required, college experience preferred
- At least 2 years of quick-service restaurant management experience
- Hold a ServSafe certification
- Understanding of cash control procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
- Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
