First-Party Property Litigation Attorney: Hybrid Flexibility in Hialeah

Our client, an established South Florida litigation firm, is seeking a First-Party Property Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Hialeah office. The practice represents policyholders and insurers in property coverage disputes, hurricane and storm claims, and related first-party litigation throughout Miami-Dade County.

This is a hybrid role. You will split your week between the Hialeah office and home, with partner support and meaningful ownership of your files.

What You'll Do

• Handle first-party property and coverage disputes from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and claim correspondence
• Take and defend depositions of parties, adjusters, and experts
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
• Evaluate coverage exposure and recommend strategy to clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of first-party property, insurance, or civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload with partner guidance
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
