The Opportunity:
As the Fiscal Technician 3, you will perform a variety of complex and technical fiscal processes with minimal oversight. You will exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying fiscal procedures and guidelines as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university policies and procedures. You understand the variety of funding sources for the College of Medicine, state accounts, grants, and unrestricted funds. You will provide excellent customer service, often during periods of heavy workload and tight deadlines.
In this position, you may be responsible and accountable for any of the following fiscal duties:

This is a part time (50% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary:$1,826.50 to $2,433 Monthly (Prorated salary at .5 FTE) | Range 40 (Steps A-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
