This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vessel transactions, required third party reporting and support of overall office functions. key_responsibilities : 1. Transaction Processing and Boat CommunicationLearn and master eLandings - fish ticket systemsPrepare fish tickets for complete and accurate information; enter into eLandings system, APC and upload to AS400Ensure all deliveries are processed timely and accuratelyProcess, input, export, file, and maintain manual and electronic fish ticket recordsCoordinate with location fleet management on fish ticket issues with tenders and/or fisherman.Compile information for boat settlementsCoordinate with centralized accounts payable on vendor setupProvide other support and coverage to Fisheries Accountant, as needed.2. Compliance Reporting and Reconciliation ManagementCompletion of Boat Settlements; Pricing, Prepaids, etc.Prepare ADFG, NMFS, NOAA reporting for reviewAssist with production reportingImplement and support new compliance activities (ie EU certifications)Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position.
