Job Summary
The Respirator Fit Tester is part of the Respiratory Protection Program and is responsible for performing tests to ensure tight-fitting respirators create a proper seal on a user's face, using either qualitative (pass/fail taste or smell) or quantitative (instrument-based leakage measurement) methods to confirm effective protection against airborne hazards. This role is responsible for knowledge of safety regulations like OSHA standards, strong organizational skills for record-keeping, and the ability to train workers on proper respirator use and maintenance.

1-2 years fit testing experience preferred

Full-time, Monday through Friday
8 hours per day but must be available to work flexible hours as needed (as early as 6am or as late as 4:30pm).
Primarily local travel, but occasional travel as far north as Dover, NH and as far south as Cape Cod and the Islands. Reimbursed for travel (mileage, tolls, ferry, parking).
