Position Overview
Orangetheory Fitness is looking for passionate, high-energy Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day in the Life of a Fitness Coach
Lead, motivate, and inspire members through pre-designed Orangetheory workouts.
Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.
Coach proper movement mechanics and provide form corrections to ensure safe, effective workouts.
Educate members on the science behind heart rate-based interval training and strength programming.
Confidently demonstrate and coach the use of all studio equipment.
Create an energetic, welcoming, and results-driven class experience every day.
Requirements
Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or another NCCA-accredited certification), or the ability to obtain one.
A passion for coaching, connecting with people, and helping others achieve more than they thought possible.
Strong communication skills and the ability to bring positive energy to every class.
About Orangetheory Fitness
Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour, full-body workout that combines heart rate-based interval training with strength and endurance exercises to deliver measurable results. Every class is designed to help members improve fitness, build strength, increase confidence, and achieve more-together.

Compensation: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
