BE FIT. CHANGE LIVES. BUILD A CAREER.

We're not just hiring coaches. We're looking for the next great fitness professionals to grow with our team.

At Orangetheory Fitness Morgantown, we believe coaching is more than leading a workout. It's about inspiring people, building relationships, creating an incredible community, and making a lasting impact on someone's life.

We're looking for passionate, driven individuals who see fitness as more than a hobby and want to turn that passion into a career.

If you love fitness, thrive on connecting with people, enjoy being part of a team, and are excited about continuing to learn and grow, we want to meet you!

THIS IS MORE THAN A CLASS ON THE SCHEDULE.

As an Orangetheory Coach, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead members through science-backed, heart-rate-based workouts that deliver results.

• Become an expert in coaching, exercise science, movement, and performance.

• Build meaningful relationships with members and help them reach goals they once thought were impossible.

• Develop your coaching skills through ongoing education, feedback, and mentorship.

• Be part of a team that celebrates wins, supports one another, and pushes each other to be better.

• Grow into future leadership opportunities as you develop within our organization.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about fitness: You genuinely love what you do and want to keep learning.

• A natural motivator: You know how to bring energy to a room and inspire people of all fitness levels.

• Committed to excellence: You care about proper form, safety, performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

• Coach-able and growth-minded: You welcome feedback, seek opportunities to improve, and want to become an even better coach.

• A team player: You want to contribute to something bigger than yourself.

• Career-minded: You're excited about building a future in the fitness industry, not simply picking up a few shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Current AED/CPR certification.

• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).

• A passion for helping others become the best version of themselves.

• A willingness to learn, grow, and bring your best every day.

WHY ORANGETHEORY MORGANTOWN?
