About the Role:
Workout Anytime Reidsville is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Director to lead our team and inspire our members in Reidsville, NC. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fitness operations and ensure a high-quality member experience
• Recruit, train, and manage personal trainers and fitness staff
• Drive personal training sales and meet monthly revenue goals
• Develop and deliver fitness programs, group training, and member assessments
• Monitor and coach staff performance, scheduling, and professional development
• Engage with members on the gym floor to build relationships and retention
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and fitness certifications

Requirements:

• Accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) required
• 2+ years of experience in personal training or fitness management
• Proven track record in fitness sales and meeting revenue targets
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and member engagement skills
• CPR/AED certification required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness
