What You'll Do Lead a high-impact fitness programManage all operational aspects of a midsized, single-client corporate fitness facilityEnsure exceptional participant experiences, engagement levels, and measurable resultsDeliver innovative onsite and virtual wellness programs that inspire healthy lifestylesDrive strategy and successOversee contract compliance and business performanceDevelop and execute strategic plans that support program growth and client objectivesCreate outcomes-focused reports that showcase program achievements and valueDevelop and lead a winning teamRecruit, train, mentor, and support fitness staffFoster a positive, collaborative, and service-focused cultureEmpower team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences️ Bring fitness to lifeDesign and facilitate engaging health promotion and fitness programsLead individual and group fitness activitiesConduct fitness assessments, orientations, exercise prescriptions, and floor supervisionMotivate participants to achieve their personal wellness goalsOwn the detailsManage administrative responsibilities with excellenceMonitor program performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvementEnsure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery
