Are you a driven sales professional who loves helping people take the next step in their fitness journey, building relationships, and facilitating business growth? D1 Brighton is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Fitness Sales Associate to help drive continued expansion of our fitness facility. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team where your ideas, initiative, and results will make a meaningful difference. D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. At D1, we define an athlete as anyone with a fitness goal.

Key Skills Required For the Position:

• SALES. Drive membership sales efforts from initial inquiry to commitment. Develop creative strategies to attract new members, resulting in high lead conversion and retention rates.
• COMMUNITY BUILDING. Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, and other community groups. Implement a clear vision for creating mutually beneficial partnerships, referral programs, corporate wellness opportunities, and community promotions. Generate new business through outreach, collaboration, and creative marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of excellent sales performance and achieving measurable goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in fitness, health, wellness, and community engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• A team-oriented mindset and ability to contribute wherever needed in a small business setting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience with fitness or wellness-related sales.
