This is a great role for someone early in their career, transitioning fields, or looking to build strong communication and sales experience in a positive environment, especially if you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and enjoy talking about fitness and wellness. You'll be the first face and voice our members and guests experience, so your attitude and professionalism are key. Please note you will earn commission and bonus in addition to your hourly rate listed here.
What you'll do:
Welcome everyone who walks through the door with warmth and enthusiasm
Share what makes Orangetheory special and guide new guests through their first visit
Sell memberships and help people commit to their health
Answer phones, manage follow-ups, and stay organized
Give studio tours and run intro appointments
Work closely with coaches to create a great first workout experience
Handle member questions and concerns with care and professionalism
Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting
Participate in local marketing and outreach events

Compensation: $17.05 per hour

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
