Fitness Supervisor

HAYWARD COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT HAYWARD, WISCONSIN NOTICE OF VACANCY TAMARACK HEALTH FITNESS CENTER SUPERVISOR AT HAYWARD HIGH SCHOOL

The Hayward Community School District is accepting applications for a Tamarack Health Fitness Center Supervisor, Part-time Position to begin in early October.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Work experience with people of all ages and abilities

Team Oriented

Strong communication skills

Good judgment and decision-making skills

Must have organizational skills and be self-motivated

Understand the basic workings of fitness equipment

Assist in planning and implementing outreach to community members about classes and events

Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents and the community

Light cleaning and maintaining equipment

CPR & First Aid Certification (obtain within 6 months of hire) training will be provided

Setting up proper equipment if necessary: nets, basketballs, volleyballs, etc.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Other duties as assigned Terms of Employment:

• Calendar- Monday-Sunday, no more than 29 hours per week, with a flexible hourly schedule
• $16.90/hr.
