Our Recruiting Team will review your application and contact qualified candidates as positions become available.Fixture Installer Responsibilities:Assemble and install retail shelving, gondolas, racking, fixtures, and displays.Perform store remodels, resets, and merchandising projectsRead planograms, floor layouts/blueprints, and project instructionsSafely operate hand and power toolsWork efficiently as part of a professional remodel crewMaintain a clean and safe work environmentTravel weekly to assigned project locationsTeam Lead Responsibilities:In addition to the responsibilities above, Team Leads will:Lead and supervise remodel crews, with team size varying based on project needs.Coordinate daily work assignments and report project progress.Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and store management.Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.Train, mentor, and support crew members.Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.Minimum Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.Experience with store remodels, fixture installation, in-store construction, merchandising, or commercial projects2+ years of preferred experience in remodel project leadership or crew management for Team Lead candidatesExperience safely using hand and power tools to complete installation and remodel projects.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shiftAbility to work a varying schedule of days or overnight shifts, based on project needs.
