This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking stable full-time employment with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.As a Grind & Pack Operator you willJob DescriptionAs a Grind & Pack Operator you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating monitoring and maintaining production equipment while ensuring products meet quality and production standards. You will work closely with production and quality teams to maintain efficiency safety and product consistency.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Adjust machine settings including temperature airflow and other controls to achieve optimal production results. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report quality concerns or process deviations promptly. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain operational efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in collaboration with production and quality teams. Maintain accurate production records machine performance logs and documentation of adjustments or incidents. Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety training programs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and product quality.Shift Monday - Friday 300 PM - 1130 PM - Full-Time OpportunityThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveRequired Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documents work instructions and equipment manuals. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Fluency in English. Ability to work the designated shift schedule. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Certification or training in industrial equipment operation or manufacturing processes. Experience troubleshooting machinery and optimizing production processes. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices. Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring systems.
