Overview: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Biloxi, MS to haul flatbed freight across all 48 states. Positions are best suited for experienced flatbed drivers who prefer regional/OTR schedules with consistent weekly home time. Typical duties:

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Load securement and freight protection for flatbed shipments, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
  • Haul primarily regional OTR freight (typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states).
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum of 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
  • Experience hauling steel and steel pipes is required.
  • Demonstrated skill in using straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
  • Clean driving record (MVR) and adherence to company safety standards.
