Key Responsibilities for the Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator:

• 
  
• Maintain FLC compliance records including contracts, licenses, registrations, insurance certificates, and bonds
• 
  
• Review weekly FLC payroll packages to verify hours worked, wage rates, overtime calculations, and payroll compliance
• 
  
• Reconcile labor invoices against approved contracts, payroll records, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Approve invoice payment clearance only after required compliance documentation has been verified
• 
  
• Track contractor renewals, documentation expirations, and weekly compliance status reporting
• 
  

Qualifications for the Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator:

• 
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 
  
• 2+ years of compliance experience
• 
  
• Experience reviewing payroll records, labor invoices, and compliance documentation
• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field is a plus
•
