Full Time l Onsite l Tulare County l Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the FLC Payroll & Compliance Coordinator:

• Process payroll accurately and timely for employees
• Maintain payroll records, employee files, and compliance documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and applicable labor laws
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and payroll reconciliations
• Track employee hours, wage calculations, and payroll-related data
• Partner with operations and leadership teams on payroll and compliance matters

Qualifications for the FLC Payroll & Compliance Coordinator:

• Experience processing payroll preferred
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping systems
• Ability to maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
