Fleet Coordinator

Payrate: $25.00 - $27.00/hr
 
Summary:
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the management of the company's fleet of vehicles. They will work with a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to ensure that vehicles are operating safely and efficiently, and that the company is in compliance with all applicable regulations. The Coordinator will review overdue/missing vehicle files across multiple systems, analyze the available information, and make decisions regarding vehicle holds and next steps. There is no driving or physical handling of vehicles.
 
Responsibilities:

• Work may include researching missing vehicles, determining vehicle status/location, reviewing overdue files, and communicating decisions to field teams and other internal departments.

 
Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, analytical/decision-making skills, customer service experience, professional communication, basic computer and typing skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems.
• Candidates should be comfortable reading and working with Excel spreadsheets. A positive attitude and coachability are important. Collections experience is a plus.
• Systems: Team members may work across approximately 10-12 systems throughout the day.
• Volume: The team typically processes approximately 35 files per day for “4 holds” and 30-32 files per day for escalated missing-vehicle/hot-hold cases.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
