Fleet Coordinator, Optimus

We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to own the end-to-end maintenance and operations of our Optimus fleet. In this role, you will ensure our robots are efficiently allocated, properly tracked, and always in the right place at the right time to maximize data collection and utilization efforts across multiple sites.

• Own end-to-end fleet management of Optimus robots, including allocation, utilization tracking, and inventory management
• Ensure the right robots and supporting resources are in the right location at the right time to meet team priorities
• Coordinate closely with logistics teams on shipping, packaging, and on-site delivery operations
• Perform physical packaging and handling of robots and equipment
• Support engineering teams with technical tasks including robot testing, debugging, and data collection preparation
• Track and report on fleet utilization, downtime, and inventory levels with high accuracy
• Handle multiple priorities and stakeholders across different teams and geographic sites and continuously improve fleet operations processes to increase efficiency and robot uptime
• Strong organizational and logistical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-moving operations
• Experience in fleet coordination, inventory management, or similar operational roles
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams including logistics, engineering, and operations
• Technical background or familiarity with hardware/software development (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to be hands-on with physical hardware and support engineering debug activities
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. as part of packaging and deployment tasks
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

Expected Compensation

$25.25 - $48.30/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
