- Maintain and update all vehicle insurance information and documentation, including certificates of insurance, VIN schedules, and policy records, ensuring accuracy to support insurance audits and renewals.
- Track claim status, costs, and outcomes, and identify trends to inform safety and risk mitigation efforts.
Registration, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain current vehicle tags and registrations in partnership with ABS, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with state DMV requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Maintain the company's toll tag program, including transponder assignment and inventory, and reconcile monthly toll billing across the fleet.

- Own and continuously develop Marmic's fleet safety program, including driver safety policies, motor vehicle record (MVR) monitoring, accident review and root cause analysis, and driver safety training.
- Partner with HR and branch leadership to address at risk driving behavior identified through telematics data and incident reports.
Metrics, Budget & Reporting
- Track and report key fleet metrics, including vehicle utilization, downtime, maintenance costs, fuel spend, accident and incident rates, and telematics safety scorecards.
