What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end rider lifecycle: onboarding \u2192 activation \u2192 engagement \u2192 retention

• Drive daily supply and fulfillment targets across assigned cities

• Monitor rider performance using control sheets and dashboards (Active / Idle / Away)

• Lead and manage field teams to ensure high productivity

• Ensure quick resolution of onboarding and operational issues

• Coordinate with client stakeholders for smooth operations

• Identify drop-offs and implement retention strategies

• Improve processes to enhance conversion, activation, and retention rates

• Track and report key metrics like activation %, retention %, and cost per rider

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have 2\u20135 years of experience in operations / fleet management / logistics

• Are highly execution-driven and comfortable working with targets

• Have strong problem-solving and data-driven thinking

• Can manage and motivate teams on ground or calling teams

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Are hands-on with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and analysis

• Have prior experience in gig economy / last-mile delivery (preferred)
