Monterrey Tile is a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to manage and maintain our local fleet at our Chandler Warehouse location. You will have full ownership of keeping our company trucks, forklifts, industrial material handling equipment, and maintenance shop operating safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and heavy repairs on company trucks (brakes, oil, suspension, electrical troubleshooting).
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance specifically on Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) forklifts.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, drive axles, mast components, and electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop area. Monitor parts and inventory, order replacement parts, and accurately log all work completed.
- Ensure all repaired vehicles and equipment strictly meet OSHA and company safety standards.
Position Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of mechanical repair experience (fleet truck, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance preferred).
- Strong background in troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical components, and monitoring industrial equipment.
- Prior experience with forklift maintenance and repair is a major plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in an outdoor/shop environment.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to pass a standard company background check.
