• We are seeking a highly organized Business Program Manager to support vehicle and driver regulatory compliance operations for a fleet management team. This role is primarily focused on managing physical compliance materials such as vehicle registration, insurance documents, and license plates and ensuring fleets remain properly equipped and compliant for public road use.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Process and manage physical compliance materials (registration, insurance, plates) for a large vehicle fleet
• \n
• Coordinate distribution of compliance materials to depot locations
• \n
• Pull and compile data on fleet compliance status (hundreds of vehicles weekly) into clear, readable formats for stakeholders
• \n
• Identify and escalate bottlenecks or failures in the vehicle compliance/bring-up process
• \n
• Support light audits e.g., compiling records of permitted vs. pending-permit vehicles
• \n
• Assist with updates to process documentation as workflows evolve (review process provided)
• \n
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with the team, especially around escalations

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in project/program management, fleet compliance, or operations.
• \n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• \n
• Comfortable working with manual, spreadsheet-based processes
• \n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• \n
• Basic compliance literacy/awareness
