Description

Our client, a AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Response Shift Supervisor for their Las Vegas, NV location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • As the Fleet Response Shift Supervisor on client Fleet Response (FR) team, you will be responsible for daily execution coordination of the Fleet Response Crews (FRC) and ensuring the readiness of all FR vehicle assets that are based in your geosite during your scheduled shift.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: process review and enhancement, coordinating contractor training module completion, escalating concerning events to relevant stakeholders, sending the agency contractor feedback,C cross-functional work communicating with other teams , identifying and escalating improvement areas, responding to anomaly situations and driving to the event in person, interfacing with first responders, and ensuring compliance with existing workflows and processes.
  • Supervise Fleet Response operations to ensure the highest degree of safety and the best possible rider experience.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues that cause delays in vehicle or rider response, as well as impacts to public perception.
  • Under the Functional Manager’s direction, execute the new-hire onboarding, training, and communicating expectations for Fleet Response team members.
  • Serve as a point of contact for other Fleet Response Crews during shift.
  • Complete all administrative tasks with regards to team coordination and schedule validation.
  • Ensure the Fleet Response support vehicles are always ready on time for daily missions, and assist with issues that cause any delays in start time for the FR Crews.
  • Support the readiness of FR spare parts, vehicles, and contingency materials.
  • Execute FRC training drills and proficiency checks to maintain high team performance
  • Support the analysis, documentation, and reporting of FR execution data.
  • Manually drive non-CDL vehicles on public roads and in parking/staging areas as needed.
  • This role is backup FR crew in-field if there is a coverage gap.
  • Be in-field for crisis situations that require FRC support; interface directly with 3rd parties. 
  • Interface with the Fusion Center representing FR and FRCs.
  • Complete and review paperwork and documentation related to FR execution, incidents & other topics as required.
  • Give feedback for constant process and people improvement.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies in-depot and in-field.
 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of people supervisory experience.
  • High School/GED is required
  • Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects and use the latest technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, ambiguous, and challenging environments.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and calm demeanor in stressful events.
  • Ability to use radio communications effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
  • First Responder, dispatcher, or equivalent experience (Police, Fire, EMS, Security, Logistics, etc)
  • Radio Communications experience (EMG Service, Security, dispatch, large team coordination, Ham Radio, etc)
  • Traffic Management experience or traffic work exposure
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets
  • Possessing an “Extreme Ownership” and growth mindset.
