Description

Title: Fleet Support Analyst
Type: Full-Time Contract
Location: Miami, FL (On-Site)
Compensation: $39.46/hour
Start: ASAP


CANDIDATE BACKGROUND PROFILE

We're seeking a technically driven professional with at least 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within the automotive, autonomous vehicle, robotics, or transportation industries. The ideal candidate is analytical, calm under pressure, and able to quickly diagnose hardware and software issues using telemetry and diagnostic data.

Candidates should have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical findings, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting fleet operations, electric vehicles, Linux, Python, Jira, vehicle hardware, robotics, or remote troubleshooting is highly preferred.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience interpreting telemetry or diagnostic data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience with Linux, Python, Jira, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Experience with electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation technology (preferred)
  • Ability to work day, swing, mid, and on-call shifts

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time fleet issue escalations.
  • Monitor fleet health and perform initial diagnostics using telemetry and operational data.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues affecting autonomous vehicles.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering and operations teams while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, findings, and resolutions in Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Analyze historical fleet data to identify recurring issues and recommend preventative solutions.
  • Coordinate with operators, engineers, and leadership to provide timely updates on fleet status.
  • Ensure all work meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting day, swing, and mid shifts as operational needs require.
  • Support the continued reliability and uptime of a rapidly growing autonomous vehicle fleet.
